Refund policy

We have a 7-business day return policy, which means after receiving your item items, you must try on. If you feel they are not for you, or you need a different size (if size is available) feel free to ship back for store credit or a different size. Keep in mind, ALL CLEARENCE, ACCESSORIES, AND DECOR ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (This is the only time we will send a return shipping label.)

All clearance, ACCESSORIES, AND DECOR ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE ONLY.


Exchanges
You have 7 business days upon receiving your items to make an exchange. Feel free to email chicandchapgiddup@yahoo.com. If you feel the item is not for you, YOU CAN SEND ITEM BACK FOR STORE CREDIT TO BE USED WITHIN A YEAR'S TIME.


Refunds
Chic & Chap Giddup is responsible only for refunds on damaged goods, if it's the item that you purchased and it has been our oversight. However, we welcome any exchange as long as it's clothing.
